Operation Manager Bill Moran has been with Avitat Boca Raton since July, 2004 overseeing the FBO’s day-to-day operations which includes GSE Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Customer Service Representatives and Line Service Technicians. He ensures that all standards and requirements are maintained and Policies and Procedures are followed. Bill’s Advanced NATA Training Certifications and ExxonMobil’s PremierCare Specialist Certification enables him to ensure that Safety, Training and Quality Control remain an essential part of the operation. Prior to managing Avitat Boca Raton, Bill managed Signature Flight Support located at Palm Beach International Airport -- one of their chains busiest FBO’s. His seventeen year aviation background began in the early nineties working for BizJet at Palm Beach International. Bill started his career as Line Service Technician and soon found a passion for aviation.  Within the first year he earned the position of Line Service Supervisor and from there he evolved to Operations Manager. His attention to detail and dedication to good customer service was instrumental in helping the management team of BizJet achieve top ten status in the Pro Pilot Survey for many years. Bill is a member of Florida Aviation Trades Association (FATA) and National Air Transportation Association (NATA).   Managing one of the busiest FBOs at Palm Beach International has given Bill the knowledge and experience to handle all aspects of aviation, whether it’s managing the FBO or Commercial Airlines Bill has it covered.
